Hotel staff were generally pretty good, but there was a number of mistakes made with meals/ orders in the dining room. Enjoyed the stay.
Had 2 or 3 mistakes ordering meals in the restaurant.
The staff were all pleasent and helpful
I thought the price was too expensive at £79 plus two breakfasts at £15
The Friendlyness of the staff. They were very helpful. The Food was excellent.
There was no arm chair in the room where you could relax and have a read.
Location, right opposite the Woodlands Hospital, where my wife was.
Room I was in was very dark (23), with a view onto a brick wall and the shower pressure was rubbish.
The hotel was located near to where we wanted to be to meet friends
The shower and hair wash and the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Also the foam pillows
Friendly helpful staff , Good Pub with Good food nearby
No free internet, no laundry facilities, no water in the room, some rooms are very noisy
The hotel is well maintained and had easy access to a small shopping mall
location was what i needed, good having beefeater next door.
bed i found quit high,
it was in a convenient location
The room was very basic. unable to change rooms because computor system doesn't allow!!!! Had to ask for towels
I had a disabled room as a wheelchair user, the bed was confy, the bath had a grab bar which took away a third of the bath size not a good position, why? there was silicone which was around some diy boarding in the bathroom very tacky and degraded the room.TV needs changing to flat screen and bigger.
it was easy to find and nice to relax and have a drink
we only had one hand towel and one bath towel between 2 of us the tv remote did not work
The staff were friendly. Beds very comfortable.
Thought it was a bit pricey at £58 (and this was reduced) without breakfast. With breakfast another £7.95 each. Didn't think it was worth the money. Have stayed in hotels cheaper with better facilities.
The staff were friendly and helpful, nice clean comfortable rooms
Position close to place that I had to go.
The staff and standards were excellent, especially the young lady from the Friday afternoon when we arrived and the Saturday & Sunday, she was more than helpfull and nothing seemed to much trouble for her.
